Your trainer

Our training is delivered by our founder, Patent and Trademark Attorney Deniz Çelikel.

Having started working in industrial property before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office was even established, Deniz Çelikel serves as a court-appointed expert in the Turkish IP courts and has prepared reports in thousands of cases. She is the first and only Turkish professional entered in the CPATA public register in Canada as a Foreign Patent & Trademark Agent Practitioner, a status held by fewer than 30 people worldwide.

Her books on the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union in trademark law are unique in their field and are held in the libraries of leading law schools around the world. She lectures as a guest instructor at institutions in Türkiye and abroad, including some of the world’s leading universities. She is a member of INTA, AIPPI and PEM.

As both an attorney and a software developer, she brings a rare perspective to the classroom, covering the legal side of IP alongside the practical side of portfolio management and deadline control. Participants leave with knowledge and checklists they can put to use in their own company straight away.
